Taylor is the driving force behind Pennington Building Group's day-to-day operations and client relationships. A lifelong Arkansan, Taylor founded PBG on the belief that home building should be a transparent, stress-free experience built on trust.

Recognized for his exceptional communication and meticulous attention to timeline, Taylor personally oversees every project from initial consultation through final walkthrough — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every client always knows exactly where things stand. When he's not on a job site, you'll find him in the Maumelle community he's proud to call home.

Co-Owner & Design Lead

Alex brings a sharp eye for design and an instinct for spatial transformation to every project PBG takes on. As co-founder and creative lead, Alex works closely with clients to turn their vision into a buildable reality — whether that means rethinking a floor plan, selecting the perfect finishes, or dreaming up an entirely new space.

With a talent for making the complex feel approachable, Alex ensures that every finished home reflects the personality and priorities of the family living in it. The result is spaces that don't just look beautiful — they feel exactly right.
